"I called to check on a helmet I saw on clearance online. While there were a few of the one I wanted in stock the salesperson told me there several others on clearance worth a look see. I'm glad I did because I was blown away by the huge wall of helmets (I'd guess 200+) and the many on clearance. I'm glad a store rep helped me navigate through several helmets in my price range, because I didn't like the one I came in for. I liked one on display. The rep cleaned it up for me, showed me how to change the face shield, gave me an shaded face shield and the Allen wrench so I could swap shaded for clear when I needed. I am very happy. I was really impressed with his service. Thank you."

"I've bought a number of things at Cycle Gear and the selection is generally good and the staff is usually knowledgeable and cheerful. Twice when buying motorcycle boots however, we were having difficulty finding what we wanted by rummaging through the "open stock" shelving system toward the back of the store, which had become pretty disorganized. We finally found something suitable but during the 45 minutes it took, not a single staff member came by to see if we, or another boot customer - who was there when we arrived and after we left - needed any help. Since this was the second time this happened I would suggest that CG send someone through the store at regular intervals to see who might need help with what. In general though, the prices are good and when you can find a staff member, they are helpful."

My son and I were welcomed into the store by the cashier staff and we were kindly approached by a couple of associates while we were browsing around, one of whom spent a good 30 minutes with us getting us fitted in boots, helmets, and other gear. Pricing is fair and I was able to order what they didn't have in the store online, with direct free delivery to my home! I'm a big guy and at the top of the size chart in pants so the online option with rapid delivery was great.
